Design Ownership & Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed to for an additional fee, we hold the rights to all designs created on your behalf. You are paying for a one time use of our design, but the content and all information is owned by you.

This is only meant to protect us from clients that take a web site or other piece of work that we have designed, and turn it over to another designer who modifies or changes the original design and then puts their logo or identity as creators of the design.

The only exception to this is logo design and branding, as we insist that clients retain ownership of their logo and brand identity that we develop on their behalf.

Payments & Deposits
All invoices are payable within twenty days of receiving our online invoice.

For new clients that don't have an existing account, a 40% deposit must be paid before work may commence.

Acceptable Use Policy
To better serve our customers and offer a more reliable service, Flash Fusion Design has developed this acceptable use policy to define the types of behavior that will not be permitted on Flash Fusion Design's network.
