How much does your service cost?
The rates for our services vary upon the number of hours and commitment of each contract. Our highest rate is $70/hour, but can go as low as $50/hour for long term or large contracts.

Can I get a quote?
If you request a quote, we will require you to provide information on the services that you will require. Once we have thoroughly discussed the project, and all of its facets, we will send you an online quote that is valid for thirty days.

What happens if it takes you more time than you have quoted?
All terms of the contract will be disclosed up front, including any flexibility in our original quote. For one-time and short-term projects our quote is concrete, so that you can feel safe in choosing our services. If we go over our estimate, we will pick up the extra time out of our pocket.

How do we get in contact with you?
The fastest way to contact us is through e-mail. One of our sales or technical representatives will be in contact with you as soon as possible to answer any questions you have.

Who owns the web site, logo, brochure, etc., that you design?
Unless otherwise agreed to for an additional fee, we hold the rights to all designs created on your behalf. You are paying for a one time use of our design, but the content and all information is owned by you.

This is only meant to protect us from clients that take a web site that we have designed, and turning it over to another designer who puts their logo or identity as creators of the design.
